Arbor events and catering is just like the rest of what we do, we put everything we've got into making lasting impressions on our guests and we are obsessed with making things delicious. The biggest takeaway with Arbor is how much we work from a place of passion. 

As much as possible is made fresh, on site, from the best and most delicious items that we can get our hands on. Real ingredients: local grains, breads, rooftop honey, fruits and vegetables, and when possible we harvest from our garden.

We have an obsessive focus on creating unique experiences for guests that push ideas and flavors beyond what they thought was possible. We love executing weddings as we have been accustomed to hear "That wasn't wedding food!" 

If you want to dream up an incorporation of projection mapping with each course you are served along with creating something truly memorable, we can dream with you. 

We work to preserve the individuality of each and every ingredient and let it shine through in its most magnificent fashion. Our food is reflective of the seasons, connected directly to inspiration, and redolent of a place and time. Health is obviously an incredibly important part of life, but it MUST be delicious.
